Twitter Kicks Butt

Hey everyone,

Are you currently using twitter? no?

You should. This program kicks some serious rear-end. I started with it I would say about a year ago, but quit using it. I am now back to Twittering and it is so cool.

It is a great way to stay connected to your peers and/or target market.

Now, I have not been going on it consistently long enough to see any real stats, but a name you may know has…

His name is Ed Dale, and he is doing some amazing things with Twitter. You can check out a great post about Twitter on his 30 Day challenge blog.

You can follow me at Twitter by going here…

Also, I just read a great blog post about how to get Twitter followers at Lynn Terrys blog.

    Hey Shannon,

Man… I have been going against the “tritter crowd” for so long… saying… “I will never do that… it’s a waste of time.”

BUT… I keep hearing about Twitter more and moe… Reese is using it, Ed Dale, Schefren, Moffatt… they’re all using Twitter…

Well, I guess it is about time for me to just dive in, and see what happens.

    Thanks for the post,

    Ryan

    Hey Ryan,

Thanks for the comment, and I agree. I got an account before everyone started talking about it, but just did not understand it.

Know, with everyone talking about it, I had to jump on the bandwagon. I guess we will see how it goes.

I would have to echo alot of your points as well. I got an account about a year ago…never seriously touched it…but recently got back into it. With the twhirl tool…it has become better than instant messaging…and more of a conversation with people who you are following! I absolutely love twitter and feel like it is more easy to manage on a daily basis compared to facebook…with all of the useless application requests, and the full inbox!
